Clinics are interactive presentations that provide in depth knowledge and experience with a wide range of key sport psychology skills and strategies (see below for specific presentations we offer). These clinics can last between 1-hour and several days, and are tailored to help you develop the mental toughness you need to perform at your best in your sport or business. In each clinic, through lecture, discussion and activities, you will be introduced to the skill, given the opportunity to practice it with the assistance of one of our sport psychology consultants and provided with materials to help you transfer and use the skill on your own outside of the clinic. Overall, the goal of the clinics is to provide you with practical, real-world strategies to improve your performances and gain the edge over your competition.
