Our Center’s Statement on Social Justice

We are committed to four key principles of social justice in our Center.

  • Fostering an accessible, collaborative, inclusive, and affirming environment for individuals of all identities, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, and disability status.
  • Providing culturally informed mental health service and sport/performance psychology interventions for all the athletes, coaches, parents, sport administration and staff, and sport teams and organizations we serve.
  • Showing up in personal and professional settings in ways that are congruent with our Center’s values and consistent with our commitment to diversity, equity, social justice, and inclusion.
  • Embodying accountability, responsibility, and transparency as we actively confront systems of oppression
