DR. CARLY ANDERSON RECOGNIZED NATIONALLY FOR HER RESEARCH

Dr. Carly Anderson, a recent graduate from the UNT Department of Psychology and consultant in the Center for Sport Psychology, received awards from both the American Psychological Association, Division 47 (Exercise and Sport Psychology) and the Association for Applied Sport Psychology for her research. Her project, entitled "Test of an Etiological Model: Development of Disordered Eating in Female Collegiate Gymnasts and Swimmers/Divers" was recognized as the outstanding dissertation of 2009 by both organizations. Dr. Anderson will present her research findings at each organizations 2010 conference.
